Institute for Leadership Advancement, Communications Intern,Athens, GA              April 2019-August 2020

  • Produced and promoted ILA communications content, supported the overall implementation of the communications plan, managed the Social Media Strategic plan, and ran and formatted analytic reports for ILA social media accounts.

  • Worked collaboratively with Terry College of Business Leadership in developing and distributing a strategic and comprehensive response to issues of diversity and inclusion in the program.

  • Posted 5-7 times weekly on various social media platforms to engage our 1,000+ alumni and 12 corporate sponsors.

Institute for Leadership Advancement, Student Research Assistant, Athens, GA       May 2020-August 2020

  • Assisted Dr. Laura Little in the research of academic articles focused on workplace reentry post-childbirth, imposter syndrome, ally behavior, and COVID-19.

  • Conducted literature searches, providing summaries of applicable literature and performed copy editing.

  • Utilized Excel to update and organize spreadsheets and analyzed qualitative survey data for trends.

  • Managed and executed marketing events for The Shops Around Lenox storefronts’ Christmas marketing campaign.  

 

YMCA Camp High Harbour, Program Director, Clayton, GA                                  June-August 2015-18       

  • Led as Program Director of the Navigators Adventure and Leadership Program for the entire 9-week summer session. Skilled in leadership, supervision of staff and campers, logistics and establishing / maintaining daily schedule.

  • Led as a counselor from the summers of 2015-2017. Lived in a cabin with 11-12-year-old girls and helped them develop independence away from home. Taught outdoor skills and activities to 500+ boys and girls of all ages.

  • Managed multiple storefront locations as a cashier and organic juice and smoothie specialist.

CAMPUS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
 

University of Georgia Panhellenic Council, President to the Panhellenic Council, Athens, GA    August 2017-Present

  • Plan and execute events through leading a committee that helps serve our campus and community to promote unity among all 19 sororities (5,300+ women) to work as one body.

  • Lead all 19 sororities on UGA’s campus by working closely with chapter presidents, the Panhellenic Executive Board, administration and other organizations on campus to work in the interest of the Greek community. 

  • Planned and executed Panhellenic recruitment process for 1,700+ potential new members. Monitored the COVID-19 global pandemic in order to entirely reconstruct the process, adapting to a virtual format. 

  • Serve as one of 12 student advisors on the Division of Student Affairs Student Advisory Board to discuss current university issues and upcoming initiatives. 

 

Chi Omega Fraternity, Mu Beta Chapter, Executive Board member, Athens, GA            August 2017-Present

  • Executive Board Member: Panhellenic Delegate for the 2019 Calendar Year.

  • Selected from 80+ fellow members to be the Model Initiate for the 2017 pledge class. The Model Initiate is an active member that most represents the values of Chi Omega and is initiated by herself before the entire chapter.

Order of the Omega Honor Society, Athens, GA                                                                  October 2019-Present

  • Honors undergraduate members of Greek organizations who have attained high standards of leadership.

 

UGA Academic Honesty Panelist, Athens, GA                                                                      August 2019-Present 

  • Serving as an Academic Honesty Panelist in cases of violation of UGA’s Academic Honesty Policy and trained in upholding UGA’s culture of honesty.
